Premier Concrete Floors commenced on the 2nd of July 2012 and was the brainchild of JC Lategan and Cecil Tembani almost 5 years before our dream became a reality. The initial plan was to start slowly and only deal with small projects for the first few months, but to our surprise we kicked off the second week of July 2012 with a 16 000m² warehouse for Food Lovers Market.

From the time we commenced until now, we have not slowed down the pace and have constructed in excess of 1,3 million m² of internal surface beds and 600 000m² of external hardstands. We attribute our continued success to the lasting relationships we have built with our clients over many years.
