JC Lategan
Managing Director
JC obtained his National Building Diploma at Cape Technikon and worked in the construction industry until
employed by NMC from 2002 till 2005 as Flooring Manager. He then started Llevell Laser Floors for NMC in 2006
as the General Manager of the division. Leaving Llevell Laser Floors in June 2012 to start Premier Concrete
Floors as the Managing Director.
Louise Lategan
Public Relations Manager
Louise obtained her Public Relations Diploma at Tygerberg College. She was employed by Metropolitan Life
Unit Trust as Public Relations Officer for 3 years and five years as Projects Coordinator in the Marketing
Department. Commencing in July 2012 as the Public Relations Manager of Premier Concrete Floors.
PJ Loynes
Commercial Manager
PJ obtained his BTec Quantity Surveying Degree at Cape Technikon. He was employed by Llevell Laser Floors in
2010 as the Quantity Surveyor. Leaving Llevell Laser Floors in January 2013 to join the Premier Concrete
Floors team as Quantity Surveyor.
Tallboy Sithetho
Flooring Manager
Tallboy was employed by NMC from 2005 as a Junior Leading Hand. He then started with Llevell Laser Floors
in 2006 and worked his way up to the position of Leading Hand. Leaving Llevell Laser Floors in July 2012
to join the Premier Concrete Floors team as Junior Flooring Manager.
Eric Duntsu
Junior Flooring Manager
Eric was employed by NMC from 2005 as a Junior Leading Hand. He then started with Llevell Laser Floors in 2006
and worked his way up to the position of Leading Hand. Leaving Llevell Laser Floors in February 2013 to join the
Premier Concrete Floors team as Junior Flooring Manager.
Fuzile Mbimba
Flooring Manager
Fuzile was employed by NMC from 1992 as a General Worker. He then started with Llevell Laser Floors in 2006 as
an Operational Manager. He joined Premier Concrete Floors as a Flooring Manager in June 2017.
Natalie Schoeman
Office Administrator
With a strong administration background and experience working within the paint
manufacturing industry as well as the racking supply industry, Natalie joined
Premier Concrete Floors Head Office in November 2017 as Administrative Assistant.
Cecil Tembani
Contracts Director
Cecil obtained his N6 Building Certificate at Athlone College. He was employed by NMC
from 2001 till 2005 as Flooring Manager. He then started with Llevell Laser Floors in
2006 and worked his way up to the position of Operational Manager. Leaving Llevell
Laser Floors in July 2012 to start up as the Contracts Director of Premier Concrete Floors.
Mark Viviers
Flooring Manager
Mark was employed by Llevell Laser Floors in 2011 as a Flooring Manager. Leaving Llevell Laser Floors in October 2013
to join the Premier Concrete Floors team as Flooring Manager.
Siyabonga Ngxenga
Flooring Manager
Siyabonga was employed by Llevell Laser Floors in 2007 and worked his way up to the position of Leading Hand. Leaving
Llevell Laser Floors in July 2012 to join the Premier Concrete Floors team as Junior Flooring Manager.
Sabelo Mnyaka
Flooring Manager
Sabelo was employed by NMC from 1997 till 2005 as a Leading Hand. He then started with Llevell
Laser Floors in 2006 and worked his way up to the position of Junior Flooring Manager. Leaving
Llevell Laser Floors in March 2013 to join the Premier Concrete Floors team as a Junior Flooring Manager.
Andries Lubbe
Buyer
Andries obtained an IT Diploma at Prestige College. His experience in the Supply Chain Industry
in Managerial Positions, gave him a broad experience in the field, and that makes him a valuable asset to the company. In August 2014 he joined Premier Concrete Floors as the Buyer.
